A good 25 years ago we got to know the Irish Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. As mother and daughter we shared the same hobby: showing and breeding this fantastic breed. Now, after quite some time, we have picked up this hobby again.

In February 2010 our Kennel made a new start. After 14 years there are wheatens with the name Barr-Dhuine again. We hope that this is the beginning of a line of great dogs.

We want to breed in a responsible way with eye for character and type. Naturally, health is a very important matter to us.
